Local foreclosure rates seeing decline (The Daily Home)

While the local real estate market may take a while to recover, the number of area houses entering into foreclosure seems to be going down. Lawrence Fields with Fields Gossett Realty in Pell City said he and his company believed foreclosures were slowly going away in the area.
